Processing

Orders are prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

U.S. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the United States. Available shipping methods are through USPS. Shipping charges are $6.96 for single items under one pound or $8.95 for two or more items and packages one pound or over.

Estimated delivery after shipment depends on your location and USPS.

Tracking

Shipment confirmation and tracking details are provided through email notification channel and when tracking is sent. For shipment questions, contact thepoppysage.com.

Preorders

Preorder items and estimated ship dates are identified in our private Facebook group and at the time of purchase. Payment is collected at the time of order. Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items ship together.

If a preorder ship date changes, customers receive updates through email or social media.
